Terms of purchase

1. Orders are accepted online around the clock. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment. 2. Prices are in euros, VAT included. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 3. Live plants come with a survival guarantee: if a seedling fails to take root within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or refund you. Photos are required. 4. Returns: undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days. Live plants are returnable only for quality defects. 5. If you have questions, contact us – we reply within 1 working day.
